10.25.4216 is an original equipment standard hydraulic motor specially designed for Terex Finlay tracked mobile crushers, corresponding to the Danfoss OMV630 series large cycloidal motors. This motor has a displacement of 629.1 cm³/rev and is a large-displacement model in the OMV series, specifically providing powerful power for the travel drive, conveyor belt transmission and auxiliary systems of heavy crushing equipment. As a core executive component of the hydraulic system of Terex Finlay crushers, it ensures that the equipment can achieve efficient and reliable continuous operation under harsh working conditions such as quarrying, mining, demolition and recycling.

 

 

1. Optimized specifically for heavy-duty crushing working conditions
• Extra-large displacement and high torque output: With a displacement of 629.1 cm³/rev, it provides continuous torque up to 1660 N·m and intermittent torque of 1940 N·m, which can easily drive the crawler traveling mechanism, heavy-duty conveyor belt and crushing chamber feeding system of the crusher.
• Hydrostatic drive system matching: Perfectly compatible with the hydrostatic drive system of Terex Finlay crushers, ensuring precise chamber control and reverse function for clearing blockages, assisting in demolition and recycling applications.
• High impact resistance: The internal moving pairs have been strengthened to withstand frequent impact loads and vibrations during crushing operations, adapting to harsh working conditions such as mines and quarries.

2. Advanced Geroler® roller-type stator-rotor technology
• High starting torque: Adopting Geroler® Design of column-inserted type Rotor-Stator Pair, with low starting pressure (no-load starting pressure is only 8 bar) and starting torque up to 1330 N·m, ensuring the crusher starts smoothly under heavy load.
• Excellent low-speed stability: It can run stably at extremely low speeds, meeting the precise control requirements of the crusher's traveling and feeding systems.
• High efficiency retention: Advanced stator-rotor parameter design enables the whole machine to maintain high efficiency throughout its working life.

3. Disc-type flow distribution technology
